Reporting to the Area Manager, the Sales Representative is an advocate for the Samsung brand who owns an area of stores and will actively promote and sell the range of Samsung branded products within their retail stores across Home Appliances, and Audio Visual categories.
Your primary responsibilities will include executing sales strategies, conducting product training, demonstrating products to customers, maintaining retail merchandising standards and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will actively engage with shoppers and store teams in stores to ensure a positive brand experience and foster brand advocacy.
About you
- You will come from a sales environment, preferably within the consumer electronics category.
- You will have experience in a fast moving sales environment promoting a number of different products.
- Proven experience with building long-term and valuable relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Positive and pro-active work approach with an eye for detail.
- Intermediate PC skills, including SAP and MS Office applications.
- You will have a valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
