Position Summary:
The role of the Sales Officer is to drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying leads and closing sales opportunities primarily through inbound, outbound calls, email and virtual presentations. As an inside Sales Representative you will be on the frontline of our organisation to drive new customer acquisition and take the business forward. You will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be an expert in understanding our customer needs and tailoring the right solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential customers through targeted outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements.
- Educate prospects on the benefits of our products or services, addressing any objections and positioning solutions effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Developing, nurturing and maintaining a full sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and update customer information.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge of telecommunications and retail operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in sales or relevant field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Desirable Attributes:
- Telecommunications industry experience but not limited to.

Compensation:
$57000 to $62000 + uncapped On Target Earnings (OTE) + Super
