For over 40 years, our client has been a leader in providing premium trade solutions - products and consumables for the Cabinet Making, Joinery, Shopfitting, Painting, Plastering, Construction, and Building industries.
In this role, you will be pivotal in expanding business within Hobart, actively supporting selected distributors, and enhancing end-user connections through product demonstrations and sales training. Your goal is to maximise sales and brand promotion through effective customer engagement strategies.
About you:
You're a motivated, organised sales professional with a knack for selling solutions and winning customers over on quality rather than price.
While trade qualifications are not essential, you should have practical experience with power tools, as you'll be demonstrating products to trade professionals. This could stem from home improvement, a passion for DIY, or on-the-job experience.
Above all, you're an enthusiastic, sales-oriented individual who is presentable, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
We're looking for someone with:
- At least 3 years of sales experience and a thorough understanding of the sales life cycle
- A background in trade, industrial or technical product sales is preferred
- Experience in CRM systems is advantageous
