This role would be working with the architectural/ Designer for Panel distribution for kitchen cabinetry. The primary function of the Sales Representative is to actively drive the sales and market share of our major brands including StyleLite, Stylelex, and Bliss QLD. This is an exciting new role with the endless potential!Responsibilities:
- Work closely with distributor sales staff to present, promote, educate, and sell EGR Decor products to applicable end users who source direct from the manufacturer.
- Visiting regular and prospective clients to establish opportunities
- Call on and present EGR products to applicable design and architectural firms to secure specification for minor to significant volume projects.
- Manage the existing distributor (s) in designated geographic region.
- Working with other members of the sales and logistics/distribution team to arrange delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services
- Train distributor sales and operations teams in all facets of selling and managing EGR products.
- Preparing and maintaining numerous sales reports and records
- Quoting and negotiating prices and terms
- 5 years experience in Sales, high-contact customer service, or in travel is highly desirable.
- An eagerness to travel across a variety of states to support existing customers and seek out and convert new customers.
- Strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage a diverse range of clients
- Agile with sales strategy application
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems
- Previous experience in similar paneling products would be highly desirable.
