An exceptional opportunity awaits at Peppercorn Foods for an experienced Sales Representative based in Lytton, Queensland. You will be part of a broader Sales team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, and will take lead on developing business relationships with customers in the Queensland and New South Wales area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively facilitate the resolution of customer issues and complaints to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate and uphold strong working relationships with existing clientele to consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Undertake regular visits to customers, encompassing various stores throughout Queensland, with a requirement to meet a predetermined quota of visits per week.
• Foster and sustain connections with key stakeholders within Multiple Store Owners (MSO’s).
• Collaborate with stores and Customer Service Manager to ensure promotional initiatives are current and compliant with commercial guidelines.
• Establish rapport with Meat Buyers and Specialists at NSW and QLD, fostering productive relationships.
• Proactively identify and pursue Cross Docking opportunities for rural stores.
• Occasional visits to NSW, aligning with business needs.
• Ensure that stores are equipped with suitable merchandise to effectively promote products at the store level.
The ideal candidate for this role possesses:
• A minimum of 3 years experience in sales and business development.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Queensland region.
• Demonstrated experience in the meat/food industry.
• Preferred familiarity with supermarket operations.
• Possession of a valid police clearance and drivers license.
• Proficiency in utilising computer systems and software (MS Office).
• Adept at balancing persuasion with professionalism.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Strong prioritisation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to receive and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
