This role will require you to execute with attention to detail a range of tasks which will meet business goals of improving the customer service & increasing sales in the outlined areas.

About the role
We are seeking a passionate, full-time Sales Representative who will work closely with Sebastian and the team to achieve company goals and meet sales targets within the existing region of NSW/ACT. Primarily you will be a driven, enthusiastic sales person with a proven track record in creation of new business, expanding existing accounts and creating meaningful relationships with your clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Sydney Metro, Suburbs & Canberra ACT. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Selling and promoting our full range of products within the portfolio
- Achieving budgeted sales targets
- Manage and grow existing customer base.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Evaluate our brand & customer needs in the trade.
- Build the profile of the brand through customer presentations, brand advocacy, and tastings
About You/ Skills and experience
Previous experience in the wine, hospitality or retail liquor industry is essential. We need a person who has a genuine interest in wine, WSET Level 3 or equivalent wine knowledge and an established network in the wine industry is preferred.
The successful applicant will need to be highly motivated, well-presented, resilient and a strong communicator who can embody the brands, philosophies, and values of our company.
- Sales experience with a successful track record in achieving budgets and developing new opportunities that resulted in sales growth.
- Sound wine knowledge. Intermediate to advanced wine knowledge preferred.
- Previous Wine Industry experience is preferred but not essential.
- Highly motivated, confident and well-presented individual.
- Computer use competency - it’s a must. Good knowledge & aptitude of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sense of ownership & pride in your performance & its impact on our company’s success
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- A positive outgoing attitude.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to meet deadlines and have excellent attention to detail.
- A current New South Wales driver’s license, RSA and the right to work in Australia is essential.
