Job description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be representing the brand and organisation to café's and hospitality establishments around the State. You will be leading client relationships and creating new business opportunities through introductions and networking, allowing you to drive opportunities and establish yourself with the business as the State representative

Client Details

Our client is a leading supplier of premium juices, having been in operation for over 50 years, launching and introducing new exiting products to the market. They have a strong brand Nationally and work with Café and Hospitality establishments to continue to provide customers with their premium range of various products.

Description

  • Identify current and upcoming market opportunities for the business through various business development strategies including calls and walk ins to introduce yourself
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients 
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, driving solutions and long term relationships
  • Positively representing the brand and product range to café owners and café Managers, developing potential opportunities

Profile

  • Retail or Hospitality background with strong communication abilities that is looking to transition into Sales with experience within Sales/Account Management highly regarded
  • Outgoing personality and a strong relationship builder
  • Driven and motivated to succeed
  • Can work autonomously and holds themselves accountable

Job Offer

  • Car included as part of the package with fuel covered, both for business trips and aspects of personal travel
  • Visits to Melbourne covered by company for training and on-boarding
  • Travel opportunities available if preferred by the successful person in the position
  • Both product and sales training provided for the right person
  • Very autonomous role, with work from home and flexibility
