Help South Australian businesses find the most reliable and effective packaging solutions for their products. Utilise your development skills to consolidate existing relationships and expand their already significant market share.
The Appointment:
As South Australia Sales Representative you'll be responsible for managing a well-established customer base and driving sales outcomes for a line of textile-based packaging solutions. Your ability to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships will organically expand your network and open the door for new business opportunities. Semi-regular travel will be required as you manage and grow the SA territory. In this role you will:
- Spearhead expansion efforts and increase market share for textile-based packaging products.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients in agricultural, food, and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and organised sales processes.
- Plan and execute efficient sales trips to effectively service as many customers as possible.
- Manage support staff and help in optimising their performance and development.
The Appointee:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven sales success in the agricultural, food, or packaging & printing sectors.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for sales.
- A positive mindset and a willingness to take initiative and ownership.
- A hunger for industry knowledge and the ability to play a proactive role in your learning and development.
- A willingness to travel semi-regularly for work (approximately 1 week per month)
