Job Description:
They are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team as a Full-Time Sales and Cold Calling Specialist. If you have a knack for sales and are skilled in making cold calls, we want to hear from you! This role involves reaching out to potential customers in the local area, utilising an established database and tried and tested approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to potential customers in the local area.
- Utilise an established database and approach to effectively communicate with prospects.
- Generate leads and set up sales appointments.
- Promote a range of HVAC-R solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and cold calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with HVAC-R industry is a plus, but not required.
