JOB SUMMARY
As a Tory Burch Sales Supervisor, you are the ambassador of our brand and deliver a transformational customer experience. You will act as a leader in the store and responsible for “holding down the fort” when Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager are not available, which will at times including monitoring sales productivity, resolving customer or associate issues, and opening/ closing duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the Brand - As an ambassador of Tory Burch and maintain store presentation standards
- Create the Customer Experience - Create and deliver extraordinary customer experience and build our brand one customer at a time
- Leadership & People Management - Lead and coach the team, demonstrate a strong use of selling skills and sense of product knowledge, ensure strong partnership with Store Manager and communication with other teammates
- Drive the Business & Deliver Results - Drive our business through maximization of sales, proactively achieve financial targets, customer outreach and manage client book
- Operational Excellence - Consistently adhere and enforce operational policies and procedures, inventory management and manage store open/closing responsibilities
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Certificates / Diploma holders or above in any disciplines (business or fashion related a plus)
- 3+ years’ experience as a team leader in a luxury retail operations or service driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven track record in managing a team with high morale
- Sales driven and goal oriented
- Polished and professional
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to prioritize and excellent follow-up skills
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
