Your Role
Currently seeking a Sales Support Officer to join their amazing team in a temporary capacity to cover some extended leave, this role is integral to both the Sales Team and Customers alike and you will add immediate value by providing them with your Sales Administration support.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role will involve:

• Assisting two Sales Coordinators with administration support
• Stock management including importing, exporting and deliveries
• Invoicing and invoice management
• Completing registration renewals
• Scheduling vehicle repairs
• Raising purchase and sales orders
• Provide general administrative support to sales team
• Maintaining internal database and spreadsheets

Your Profile
This position will ideally suit a candidate with exceptional communication and documentation skills, high attention to detail and a team focused mentality. You will have experience supporting a sales team previously and have extremely high levels of customer service both to internal and external key stakeholders.
Experience in an automotive, travel and leisure or other service-based industry will be highly regarded.
