We have a newly created opportunity available to join our Opal Fibre Packaging sales team as a Sales Support Coordinator based at our Knoxfield, VIC site.
This role would suit a graduate or entry level salesperson and provide a development pathway for future career growth with Opal. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team with a number of administrative tasks that will enable them to maximise time with our customers.
You will contribute to the success of the sales team by:
- Raising quotes, ensuring price alignment where required
- Ordering samples for customers
- Setting up and managing customer master data in SAP
- Participating in monthly sales meetings

Specifically, for this role, we expect you will have;
- Experience in a sales team would be beneficial, but not essential
- Strong communication, presentation & customer service skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
- Analytical skills and financial acumen desired
