The Opportunity
As a Sales Support coordinator you will be the backbone of the Commercial Sales Team assisting with quoting, pricing, and client liaison. Collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders, the position will be fast-paced and varied in a project-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client and supplier relationships – quoting, ordering & project delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries - provide product support and pricing
- Process and coordinate sales documents
- Support business improvement and increase efficiencies
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of customer service, internal sales, or sales administration experience
- A quick learner with the desire to learn and grow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail & excellent interpersonal skills
A background or experience in design or building materials will be well-regarded but not essential
