Who we are…
Kingsville Early Learning is a family owned and operated community focused childcare and early education centre. We are a standalone centre. Our fundamental philosophy is that, “It takes a village to raise a child”. As educators we work alongside families. Our role is to provide additional strong, consistent, caring relationships to develop every child’s confidence. With a committed to a Child Safe environment, we provide a safe, secure and exciting environment to support children to thrive. We are active in the child’s process of learning and development.
The core learning philosophy of Kingsville Early Learning is that children learn best through play and fun. The deliberate use of Music, Dance, Arts and Drama within learning experiences promotes neurological development, accesses both intrinsic and extrinsic motivators and fosters social connection. Are passionate about developing children’s confidence by making strong personal connections through sustain conversations within a play and an arts-based approach. Our team members are respectful and clear communicators with each other and families from a basis of trust and acceptance of diversity. They have deep knowledge of child development and how children learn and use this to plan exciting child interest-led programs.

You will need…
Formal Diploma Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care by an ACECQA approved education institution.
Current Working with Children Check
Recent Police Check (prior to offer of employment)
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
Current Child Protection training
COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
