AddressSales Support (Onsite Wingfield)
Reece Onsite Residential have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Support person to assist our growing business.
Duties for the role include but are not limited to:
- Answering of telephone enquiries from our resources and national account customer base
- Process customers' requests for delivery / release of orders
- Generating customer quotations
- Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information
- Inputting Sales Orders
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability
- Coordinating deliveries and liaising with our Branch network
- Managing and expediting orders at our customers request
- Utilising a range of online platforms for order processing from our customers.
Our Ideal Candidate
- A valid driver's licence and relevant PC skills are required
- Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
- Being a supportive team member
- Have extensive customer service experience
- Computer literate
- Experience working in a busy consumer goods/warehouse/stock role highly regarded
