Laguna Real Estate are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Admin and Marketing professional who is ready to embrace an exciting, challenging, rewarding, and fulfilling career in the real estate industry.
You will be provided with extensive support to succeed in the role and will have the opportunity to show your talents and grow your success quickly while contributing to the development of the Laguna brand, ensuring both new and existing clients have the best experience possible while offering a personalised and professional service to all our clients.
ResponsibilitiesYour typical day will include, but is not limited to:
- Writing blogs, property descriptions, e-brochures and newsletters
- Content creation and social media management
- Creating flyers, appraisal kits, brochures, newspaper ads and signage
- Organisation of staff events and competitions
- Coordinating photography, video and floor plan appointments
- Uploading listings to web portals, digital display screens and our website
- Implement new branding & manage the office brand
- Arranging distribution of regular letterbox advertising
- Directing Sales and Rental enquiries
- Day to day tasks such as answering the phone and email inquiries
Placing the right candidate is important to us. Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills will be integral to this position:
- A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate
- Current drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- Marketing experience or completed tertiary education in related field
- Knowledge and proficiency in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Jigglar and the Google Suite
- Prior customer service and phone experience
- Attention to detail & enthusiasm in maintaining the appearance of the office
- Positive, personable, and respectful customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure – no day is the same
- Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
- Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment
