Salesperson

Advance Laser Cutting (ALC) have been operating for 30+ years, providing quality laser cutting services to customers. Located in the heart of Henderson’s Naval Base. We are currently seeking a full-time salesperson, sales estimator. 

Your main job role at ALC will be assisting with sales and working alongside our senior sales manager with customer enquiries. 

Key responsibilities:

• Customer service with a focus on Sales.
• Handling incoming phone calls and responding to emails. 
• Providing timely quotes to customers.
• Processing orders from customers and processing jobs for workshop. 
• Providing suitable solutions to customers’ needs and assisting with any issues that may arise, in a professional manner. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role 
• Experience in the steel industry crucial, experience in laser cutting and fabrication processes, desirable but not essential. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driven and confident.
• Willingness to learn and train in all things sales.
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic and the willing to learn.
• Knowledge with Auto-cad and other drafting programs also advantageous

Location: Full-time position located in Henderson. With the office hours of 8am to 4pm daily.
