This role is a unique opportunity for professionals who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the firm’s dynamic growth.
Duties include:
- Building strong business partnerships with existing and new clients
- Guiding and supporting your team to develop, grow and support your client base.
- Preparation and review of financial statements ensuring deadlines are met, internally and externally
- Research and advice on complex matters
- Business planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance measurement
Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualifications
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Willingness to explain complex concepts in terms others can understand
- Keen to develop junior staff, share knowledge and mentor them
- Strong business acumen, coupled with great technical skills and ability
- Excellent client management, interpersonal and communication, both written and verbal skills
- Able to demonstrate ownership of the project and to use own initiative
