SalaryHooroo is a brand new salon located in a modern contemporary space in Southern Cross Lane closed to the Parliament Station, with a lovingly spacious, light filled, relaxing and welcoming environment. We pride ourselves on good honest hair, delivering a customised solution for what is best for our guests hair & lifestyle. We love what we do & love creating a quality & friendly hair experience for all our guests.
Responsibilities include(but not limited to):
Meet and greet customers on arrival
Managing Reception and all our stylist's bookings
Attend to incoming calls, messages, and emails
Manage Invoicing & receipting
Liaise with stylists and hairdressers
Maintain accurate customer records
Maintaining a clean and professional environment
Social Media Management
Essential Skills:
Salon Reception experience preferred; no experience is also welcome!
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent time management
able to speaks mandarin would be advantage but not necessary
Immediate Start available
Salary is in accordance with skill level and previous experience, starts from $25+ Super hourly
