Are you senior hair stylist that loves the hair industry however is ready to step off the floor and become a receptionist/Salon coordinator, with the potential of becoming a salon manger?
To be eligible for this position you must possess the following:
• Reception experience, preferably in the beauty industry (not essential)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills(phone manner and in person)
• Social media experience
• Computer literate (excel / words)
• Punctual, reliable and flexible
• Well groomed
• Common sense
• Be able to follow instructions but also have initiative to perform tasks without instructions.
• Team player / Team Leader
Having fun whilst working is what we love to do, so if you possess the above, you will be performing the following tasks:
• Welcoming clients into the salon
• Assisting walk in retail clients
• Stock control and ordering
• Booking appointment (in person and over the phone)
• Lending a helping hand on the salon floor (coffees, etc..)
• Posting on the salons socials
Wages are dependent on experience, so if you are willing to learn, as well as show us what you have, we would love to hear from you.
