You will provide expert advice for the departments SAP HR/Payroll solution to ensure maintenance and support for the designated project. This includes design and configuration activities required to meet service delivery/project objectives.
Key Competencies:
- Can demonstrate a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP HR, across Organisational Management, Australian-based Payroll system, HR to Fi/Co integration, Time Management, Personnel Administration, CATS, ESS/MSS
- Proven experience in formulating/documenting/implementing functional and technical specifications while working with business stakeholders
- Understanding of technical systems integrations and service-orientated architecture
- Demonstrated extensive experience in the support and configuration of large-scale HR SAP Solutions (SAP, Workbrain, Finance/Controlling (Fi/Co)
- Hands-on configuration in SAP ECC6-EHP8 (10+ years experience)
