We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our client in assessing and defining the future state of their ERP environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating their SAP platform, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending a future state platform that meets business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment of Current ERP System: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing SAP system based on ECC6.
- Identify Pain Points and Gaps: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and gaps in the current SAP system. Gather feedback from end-users to understand their needs and challenges.
- Future State Design: Develop a vision for the future state of the their ERP landscape based on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and business requirements. Define clear objectives, goals, and success criteria for the future state.
- Solution Recommendations: Propose solutions and strategies to address identified issues and achieve the desired future state. This may include system upgrades, module implementations, process improvements, data governance initiatives, and user training programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (atleast 5 years)
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems – Preferable of SAP modules and versions such as ECC6, Sucessfactors, BTP, S/4Hana and Business Objects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in change management and project management methodologies.
- Experience in mining environments highly regarded.
