To meet our growing needs Barossa Village currently has an opportunity for a full time Home Care Scheduler to join our Community team based in the beautiful Barossa Valley
This role provides the Scheduling of care for in home community clients.
Responsibilities:
- Align clients’ needs with services provided by Barossa Village by effectively and efficiently scheduling care and service delivery
- Manage all changes to bookings and schedules in a timely manner to the benefit of the client.
- Organise and plan the delivery of information sessions focused on providing our service providers with information updates.
- Respond to incoming service provider queries and concerns.
- Ensure documentation and administrative processes and procedures are effectively completed and maintained in the defined systems
To be successful you will need:
- Relevant knowledge of relevant legislation and standards
- Ability to analyse, review and improve operational processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and organise work
- Extensive computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft suite
- Police Check/Clearance no older than 12 months at appointment
- Participate in the Annual Mandatory Vaccination Programs
