The Position
Instrowest is searching for an Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate mobilisation. The full-time position will be based in our Rockingham office.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Job scheduling/mobilisation
- Travel planning and preparation
- Site access paperwork/submission into online portals
- Maintain strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Administration and Human Resources Team
- Maintaining employee training compliance
- Coordinating service and repair work
- Coordinating scheduling calendar
- Generating service quotations
- Purchase orders / Invoicing
- General up keep of the office
The successful applicant MUST have:
- Strong attention to detail, and analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing positions.
- Bright and cheerful nature with a positive outlook
- Be able to work effectively in a small team
- Be well presented
- Be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
- A high level of computer literacy - Microsoft Office experience
- A West Australian driver's license
The following are desirable but not essential:
- Experience in MYOB (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in a mining services business and Job Scheduling will be highly regarded
- Geographical knowledge of WA
The successful applicant will report directly to the Operations Manager and Office Manager. The successful applicant will be full-time and have some flexibility in their hours.
