Vesuvio Pasta is currently looking to expand our office and administration team needing a Casual Administration Assistant for an immediate start to support the management and the sales team. Initially this role will be required for 3 days a week for about 20/25 hours, with the possibility to progress into a larger role for the right candidate.
Days and Hours of work can be flexible, but keep in mind that we operate Monday to Friday.
Please note that this role physically requires you to be in the office and does not suit work from home option
This role includes, but is not limited to;
- Data Entry, Scanning, printing or photocopying relevant documents as require
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
To be successful in this role;
- Have customer service experience;
- Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability in building effective and trusting relationships with people.
- Be well presented with a professional phone manner and exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience using MYOB
- Experience in administration is desirable, experience in bookkeeping is a plus.
