- Salary: $69,000 per annum pro rata
- Hours: 45 per fortnight, with additional hours
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable tasks including processing of AP invoices, generating payment runs.
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
- Maintain AP/AR database.
- Data entry of banking transactions
- Produce AP/AR reports and accounts receivable tasks.
- Resolving supplier and customer queries.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with local government financial regulations.
- Handle general administrative tasks as needed.
About you:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with SAP B1 is a plus but not essential
