About the role:
Reporting to the Scheduling Team Leader, the role of the Scheduling Officer is to roster staff with our valued clients to provide At-Home services.
The Scheduling Officer has a key role in providing a warm and positive experience for our staff and clients. We aim to meet agreed timeframes , in line with the organisation’s Christian Mission, Vision and Values and operating requirements.
About you:
*Previous experience using rostering systems, preferably in a home care environment.
*a skilled communicator both written and verbal
*Proven skills in time management, multi-tasking and prioritising, whilst working effectively in a multi-faceted team.
*Knowledge of community-based aged care services is desirable.
