ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for full-time and part-time Scheduling Officers to join our Scheduling Team for 6 to 12 months. You would be responsible for scheduling our support staff across our services located across Sydney, Central Coast and Hunter region. The responsibilities of the position include:
- Being responsible for maintaining rosters and allocating staff to vacant shifts in compliance with the SCHADS award and other relevant legislation.
- Ensuring calls to the Scheduling Team are answered in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Working with Client Services to ensure records and documentation is complete, up to date and easily accessible to ensure clients have suitable staff assigned to them.
- Being available to work a rotating roster with shifts between the operating hours of 5:00am and 11:00pm, potentially including weekends.
- Being available to participate in the on-call rotation between 11:00pm and 5:00am.

- Sound communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management with a creative, solution focused mindset.
- Rostering experience - SCHADS exposure highly desirable.
- Willingness to participate in flexible working hours.
