Your new role:
The Scheduling Officer will be a highly motivated and organised team member responsible for the allocation of staffing resources within our operational environments. Utilising a customer-centric approach, you will support the business by aligning staff capability with client resourcing requirements.
Whilst no two days are alike, the role responsibilities include:
- Working with operational leaders to identify and seek solutions for shift vacancies.
- Matching skills and competency of employees with participant needs and preferences.
- Allocation of resources according to shift vacancies, participant funding and NDIA line items.
- Interpreting and applying award requirements, rostering principles, and internal processes.
- Promptly communicating scheduling decisions to a range of stakeholders in a concise and professional manner.
- Regular review and analysis of rosters of support and workplace information to optimise workforce utilisation.
Located in our Cooma office, you'll enjoy a permanent part-time contract of 45.6 hours per fortnight. The hourly pay rate for the role will be between $36.00 and $38.60 (plus superannuation) depending on relevant skills, experience and qualifications.
