Do you have a background providing a broad range of administrative support including providing a first point of contact, triaging enquiries and providing support to management teams? CQUniversity is seeking an enthusiastic team member to help the School of Graduate Research reach their operational goals.
You will provide administrative support across the school and ensure a high level of service is provided to our staff and students. You will undertake a range of administrative duties such as organising of meetings, diary management, organising and attending events, and using a range of office support software and systems.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and bring with you your ability to use your initiative and problem-solving skills to complete tasks within set timeframes, while delivering a high level of customer service to others.

Position Requirements
- Proficient in the operation of computers including detailed knowledge of business support software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems.
- Knowledge, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University’s policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
- Proven time management and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team-based work environment.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
