Join the St Vincent’s Primary School team as School Administration Officer! You will play an integral community-facing role running our Parent Reception to assist parents and undertake a diverse range of administration tasks within our busy school office.You will be supported in a collaborative team providing services to parents, students, school staff and the wider school community. Bring to the role strong Microsoft Office and digital skills, proven communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to multi-task. Ideally, you will have at least three years administration experience in a school (or similar) environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and databases
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
A professional, confident and helpful customer service approach
Ability to communicate sensitively and confidentially with stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills and high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and take direction
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, problem solve and resolve customer concerns
Display initiative and self-direction
Knowledge of Visitor and Volunteer procedures
Ability to prioritise competing demands, be flexible, learn new systems and share knowledge and skills with others.
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
St Vincent’s Catholic Primary School Clear Island Waters is situated on the Gold Coast and prides itself on the spirit that can be found in our community.
