We are seeking a Finance Officer to assist the School Leadership Team with a wide variety of administrative and financial tasks to support the financial operations of our community at St Anthony's.
Under the direction of the Principal, the successful applicant will coordinate financial administration activities and provide support to ensure the school delivers on key reporting deadlines.
Duties include:
- Reconciliation of accounts,
- Cashier and banking duties,
- Data entry,
- Report preparation and other office duties assigned as appropriate.
The successful applicant will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and be a skilful negotiator who is able to liaise with the school’s clients with empathy. Additionally, this role demands someone who is highly organised and able to demonstrate sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion.
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and the BCE finance system, AX Dynamics and Power BI is desirable.
