Scotch College seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Nurse to join the School’s Health Services team.
Working primarily on Tuesday and Wednesday, this role provides an opportunity to work with boys around the school and in our Boarders Health Centre to manage any health issues or concerns while they are at school.
The successful applicant will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA – Division 1 Registered Nurse
- First Aid qualifications HTLAID0011, Anaphylaxis (or desire to obtain)
- Energy, enthusiasm and commitment to work in a community environment of children and adolescents
- Ability to work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 12-8pm, primarily in the Boarders Health Centre
- Ability to work part of our Camps and Sports Program (occasional overnight, Saturday and off campus work)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong team and work ethic
- Current WWCC (Employee) and driver’s licence
- Previous work experience with young people would be an advantage
