About the role - We are seeking a suitably qualified, highly motivated School Officer to join the College's Administrative Services Team. The successful applicant will have experience and knowledge in:
- Office administration procedures
- Data entry and reports
- Document preparation
- Secondary college curriculum administration
About you - This position requires an ability to form excellent professional relationships with students, parents and staff, and have high level interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, the successful applicant will have a high level of experience and strong skills in a range of computer packages with skills in Excel highly regarded.
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
