John Therry Catholic College is a Catholic co-educational school situated in Rosemeadow in the city of Campbelltown and part of the Diocese of Wollongong. Established by the Marist Brothers the College maintains a strong Marist charism, tradition and affiliation with Marist Ministries. The College provides a wide curriculum to approximately 1006 students as we strive for academic success while offering many sporting, cultural and extracurricular opportunities. Our motto, Recta Sapere - (to know what is right) is lived throughout the College as we develop young people who will make a positive contribution to our community and continue to make a difference in an ever-changing world.
A temporary part time position commencing 30 January 2024 until 20 December 2024.
This is a position of support services for students, staff, parents and school administration.
ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA

• A commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
• Experience in administration and general office processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite of applications.
• Ability to process data in a variety of forms and produce reports.
• Ability to interact positively with students.
• Effective organisational skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required.

DESIRABLE SELECTION CRITERIA

• Familiarity with Tech One and Compass systems.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Certificate II in Office Procedures or related study.
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
