AddressMount Scopus Memorial College is a co-educational Jewish School from Early Learning to Year 12 across three campuses; St Kilda East, Caulfield South and Burwood.
We are inviting applicants with a growth mindset and a passion for lifelong learning, who are inspired and motivated to work in a contemporary learning context, to apply for the position of Secondary Teacher to teach French and English. This is a full-time position on a fixed term contract to commence immediately until the end of the 2024 School Year (20 December 2024) located at our Secondary School in Burwood.
We are seeking applicants who are to share their love of learning, their knowledge and practice of contemporary pedagogies, and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team. Applicants must have the following;
- current teacher registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching,
- experience in teaching methods in French and English
- a sound understanding of the Child Safe Standards and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children.
- current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain within six months of employment
