The Opportunity:

Southern Cross Group is currently seeking Static Uniform Security Officers in Aldinga Beach area with current SA security license. As a professional Security Officer, your expertise in client and customer relationships and asset protection will be well utilized in this role. Candidate’s suitability for a particular role will be determined during the interviews and based on compliance requirements for particular client.

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• Good Physical Presence
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain resilience within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills.
• Ability to be able to communicate with multiple stakeholders across various backgrounds.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Flexibility in work hours and availability.
• Report writing using electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers & patrons
• Monitoring areas to prevent loss/theft
• Monitoring of High-Risk Area with Proactive approach with an understanding of WH&S and the ability to identify & manage risks
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to deal and manage anti social behavior
• Provide First Aid to Staff and patrons when and if required

In addition to excellent working conditions, you'll receive a uniform and appropriate customized training.

• Current security license
• Current First Aid certificate
• Client specific inductions
• Driver's License
• Full working rights
• The ability to undertake client specific clearances if applicable.
