Security Officer / Crowd Controller

Serenity Risk Solutions Pty Ltd (SRS) is looking to employ directly casual Professional and experienced Corporate Crowd Controllers / Security Officers, you must hold both licenses to be considered!

Available SRS positions may lead to Permanant Part-Time or Full-Time employment for the right team minded applicants, all of our current team have come up the ranks… 

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

20 Casual - Start Immediately with flexible shifts and hours.

(Potential to Gain Permanant Part-Time or Full-Time)

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS:

1. Don't feel pressured into being employed under Labour Hire!

2. Don't get caught up risking your licenses and future via accepting work under an ABN where in WA you're at risk of being charged of not the holder of a Crowd Control Agent or Security Agents license.  

3. Be fully insured and protected by Workers Compensation Insurances

4. Receive weekly payment to your designated bank account with emailed pay slips, Superannuation and payroll tax paid in accordance with government guidelines.

WHERE YOU STAND WITH SRS:

SRS will employ you directly and pay in accordance with the Federal Award - Penalty Pay Rates apply & you're not being ripped off and that your being paid correctly!

SRS has shift to suit everyone, Days, Afternoons, Nights, Weekends & even Public Holiday's, we will happily roster around and work with you as we appreciate being causal you need to work and that hours may vary between other possible employers.

·      Failing to attend a Shift without prior contact (Min One Hour) or without a          genuine reason is not acceptable on any level, failing to communicate and        fails to allow us the ability to replace you is a minimum expectation we              have of you at all times.

·       A Minimum of Two Years of Verifiable Industry Experience

·       Current WA Crowd Control license

·       Current WA Security license

·       Current Applied First Aid Certificate

·       Current RSA Certificate

·       Current Working with Children's Card

·       Current White Card
