Due to continuous growth, an exciting new opportunity has become available for a Security Service Technician to join our growing business in Melbourne.
You will be responsible for servicing and maintenance of security systems across commercial and residential sites.
As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following:
- Installation and commissioning of access control, CCTV and alarm systems
- Complete service and maintenance on a wide range of electronic security products
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair existing installations.
- Respond to routine, scheduled maintenance calls, emergency and after- hours service calls on a timely basis;
- Ability to communicate and maintain relationships with key clients across the business.
- Complete accurate and detailed service reports for clients
- Be available for 24/7 on call roster.
What do you bring?
In addition to the above, we require an individual with;
- Minimum 3-year + experience in IP CCTV, Alarm Systems’ install, programming & maintenance
- Hold a current Private Security Registration, Cabling license & white card.
- Solid technical skills and/or experience related to electronic security systems.
- Valid Victorian driver’s license; ability to travel across Melbourne
- Experience with systems such as Tecom, Inner Range and or Protege
- Experience with multi story apartment intercom systems
You will be provided with a company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, uniform and safety equipment.
