The Department of Customer Service, Cyber & Information Security Office are currently looking for a Security Sourcing Manager to join our team!

- Grade 11/12, salary range: $139,787 - $161,663 + 11% super
- Excellent leave entitlements: 20 days annual leave and up to an additional 24 days of flexible leave.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage to deliver best value for money in procurement and sourcing activities adhering to Government processes, procedures, and priorities to meet stakeholder expectations and achieve organisational objectives for technology and cyber security contracts.
- Identify and manage commercial, contractual, operational, financial, reputational, ethical and supply chain risks consolidating opportunities for improvement and innovation to minimize negative impacts on sourcing objectives
- Lead negotiations on high impact, complex supply arrangements and contract issues to deliver improved efficiencies, cost savings and high-quality procurement outcomes for Cyber Security
- Oversee and manage end to end contract management activities including uplifting teams' capability in delivering best practice customer service and stakeholder engagement to achieve the delivery of contractual obligation to agreed standards
- Provide expert, strategic advice to key customers and stakeholders on all aspects of procurement to encourage innovative practices and support the delivery of business and policy directions
- Lead the development of evidence-based procurement strategies, policies and processes to achieve quality and continuity of supply, procurement savings and improved business outcomes

You are genuinely passionate about procurement and contract management with demonstrable experience delivering excellence in commercial outcomes, sustainable procurement and brokering value for our customers and communities of NSW.
