About The Practice & The Team
People Medical focuses on finding General Practitioner jobs in Australia. Today, we are seeking a General Practitioner to join a Mixed Billing practice in Brisbane North, QLD, as patient times have become too long.
We are looking for someone full time to join this team. You will work alongside 7 General Practitioners and 5 Nurses who will provide support in Immunisations, Health Assessments, Chronic Disease Management Plans, Spiro, Wound Dressings, ECG, and Procedures Assisting. You will also have a great administration team to help you.
The practice has been in the community since 2014 and sees a patient demographic that consists of Paediatrics, Chronic Disease, Skin Cancer, Family Health, General Medicine, and Geriatrics. The practice is open 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday, Saturday, and Sun 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. An interest in Skin Cancer and General Medicine would be ideal, but certainly not required. Additional onsite services include dietetics and pathology.
Current General Practitioners are seeing approximately 33 patients per day on average, with an average daily gross billing of $4,000. Better than this, they have a great practice culture promoted by monthly Staff and Clinical meetings with regular social events and lunch events for the team each fortnight.
