We are searching for Sales Associates to align themselves with a highly ranked agency in Brisbane’s Western suburb. Our clients brand is continuously setting benchmarks and have the highest integrity. You would be joining an agency with the most respected talents within the area, extremely ambitious and incredible culture!
This fast-paced role will see you involved in all facets of the listing and selling process. This is a position that will require no less than 100% in everything you do. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
Position: Sales Associate
Location: Brookwater, QLD
Salary: Up to $60,000 per annum + Superannuation
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Lead Agents to identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers.
• Prospecting/creating leads/door knocking/letterbox dropping/social media management
• Assist in preparing and conducting property viewings, meetings, and negotiations.
• Assisting Lead Agents, buyer enquiries, vendor communication, building & pest/valuation appointments, appraisal packs, data entry.
• Stay updated on market trends and property values.
• Coordinate and organise property showings, open houses, and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.

Qualifications Required:

• Valid QLD Real Estate certificate.
• Time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
• Prior experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
