Selections Administrator
Dechellis Homes are an award winning new home builder currently seeking a full time Selection Administrator for immediate start.
The successful applicant will be required to prepare paperwork and record all details after the completion of final home selection meetings. This role is primarily documentation based where a focus on product knowledge and the ability to read construction plans, is essential. You will be given the opportunity to learn and develop, with on the job training and guidance through the entire process.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, confident and friendly with excellent communication skills, initiative and attention to detail to join our team.
To be successful you will have following qualities and skills:
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, preferably with customer service experience
- Demonstrated understanding of construction floor plans and elevation drawings
- Ability to cross reference a variety of product specifications
- Advanced skills in the use of computer systems such as Microsoft word, excel, outlook and a general understanding of Click Home is desirable
- Excellent organisational, planning and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to plan, control, coordinate and manage activities with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively to work within a team and to work independently
- Previous experience within the building industry and/ or selection is highly desirable
- Following up with client and lenders finance application enquiries
- Ability to note product upgrades including documentation changes and general administration tasks
