Senior Account Director - Creative Agency

As a Senior Account Director you will be responsible for leading key client relationships in the portfolio, overseeing and mentoring junior team members day-to-day.
  
You'll also be a member of the management team, responsible for aligning with discipline leads on business requirements at a client account and project level.
  
You will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, and contributing to the growth of the agency, with the support of Account Managers and a Client Services Director.
  
Whilst you'll have a good understanding of delivering social, content, influencer campaigns, the agency would also consider candidates with full service agency background, as long as social has been a part of your communication mix.
  
Responsibilities:
  

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global brands across various industry sectors. Act as a key point of contact, understanding client needs and ensuring their objectives are met.
• Team Leader: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute innovative campaigns. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
• Strategic Thinking: Develop strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for growth and presenting creative solutions to clients
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to bring campaigns to life.
• Commercials: Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring profitability and financial success.

  
Qualifications:
  

• Proven experience as a Senior Account Director in a Creative agency setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.

• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
