Job description

Lead and develop client relationships across Queensland by providing credible and valuable digital advice.

Working closely with the project and service delivery teams, the Senior Account Director will lead and develop client relationships in Queensland. This is a pure Account Director Role with no business development or cold calling required. There is, of course, a networking element to the role and this person will be involved in pitches but the core of the role encompasses managing Queensland accounts.
  
Our client’s main work revolves around the website and app development space with digital marketing, customer experience and artificial intelligence services rounding out their offering.
  
The Senior Account Director will need to have experience and previous experience working with Enterprise Content Management (CMS) systems like Umbraco, Kentico, Sitefinity or similar. In addition, knowledge of and experience with Marketing Technology (MarTech) including marketing software and marketing platforms is important to be able to advise customers on the best solutions to meet their needs.
  
The role will report to the Executive General Manager. We are looking for someone with a background in either consulting or agencies and someone who can confidently present to Executives and C suite.
  
The role is a hybrid role with no minimum office days however we want someone Brisbane-based so that they can visit clients in person.
  
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Cultivate and fortify robust, strategic partnerships with key clients, fostering trust and longevity.
  • Uncover, pursue, and seal lucrative opportunities within our existing client base, driving continued growth and success.
  • Champion our client’s brand in Queensland, actively amplifying its presence through dynamic digital campaigns and engaging networking initiatives.
  • Spearhead the development and execution of innovative account strategies, delivering tangible ROI and fuelling expansion.
  • Collaborate efficiently with project teams to orchestrate flawless delivery of tailored technology solutions, ensuring client satisfaction
  
EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience in an agency or consultancy environment
  • Strong and confident communication with a proven track record of presenting and pitching to stakeholder at various levels of the organisation.
  • Comprehension of Enterprise Level Content Management Systems such as Umbraco, Kentico, Sitecore, AEM, Salesforce etc.
  • Ability to consult with clients on a suite of Marketing Technologies
