You could be a seasoned Director, or you could be stepping up to that level, as either way your success is ensured with the full support of the senior leadership team, resources, infrastructure, and brand clout.

Key responsibilities:
- Build on the current client base held in Brisbane
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads to wins
- Oversee client partnerships and ensure success
- Confidently tackle complex, multidisciplinary market research briefs and business issues
- Triangulate, synthesise and interpret survey data to uncover commercial outcomes
- Weave together the commercial narrative to inspire clients to action
- Build and inspire a Brisbane team, investing in their growth and development
- Represent and build the brand presence in QLD
Desired candidate profile:
- An expert in customised, consumer insights across industries
- Prior full-service, strategic insights agency experience essential
- Quantitative leaning, or dualist with qualitative skills.
- Well-networked in Brisbane
- Broad knowledge of Brand, Experience, Innovations projects
- A proven track record for driving commercial growth
- An inspiring storyteller, facilitator, and presenter
- A commercial thinker who can see the bigger business picture
- An entrepreneurial, ideas person
- Previous experience in building teams and people’s careers
