As we continue to grow, we now have an opportunity for a new Senior Account Manager. This unique role will give you the opportunity to work out of our Moorebank Head Office – building Client relationships, and providing a single point of contact across the full range of our hard technical services. These technical services currently cover HVAC, Fire, Electrical, Plumbing, Auditing, Sustainability, Analytics/BMS and Managed Service Agreements – but as Grosvenor grows – so will you!

What will you be doing?
- Cross selling Grosvenor Core Service and Support services
- Support team management and retention of NCRM accounts.
- Provide P&L review and management of individual NCRM portfolios.
- Provide mentoring and support to the National CRM to drive the achievement of customer KPI’s and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate all customer escalations for each of the National CRM contracts within the managed portfolio.
- Assist and support the National CRM to develop and maintain high level relationships across the client organisation and related stakeholders.
- Retain and build on existing CRM managed accounts, and increase gross profitability.
- Debtor management across your portfolio team
- Work with a dedicated team to provide the best services possible to out clients.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Relevant trade or business related qualifications
- Previous experience in a Client Relationship role, or sales within the Building/Hard Technical Services Industry
- Ability to critically analyse information
- Demonstrated ability to manage an operational team
- Confidence across a range of software and computer systems.
- Demonstrable presentation and negotiation skills
- Possesses strong commercial acumen, emotional intelligence, outstanding needs analysis skills and can operate within a team or autonomously.
- Is a polished communicator with excellent negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills.
