Senior Account Manager

The Studio:

We are working with an award-winning Branding Agency to find an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and develop client relationships across a number of accounts.

This agency specialises in working with brands within corporate, finance, lifestyle and property. They pride themselves on going deep with strategy and creating the best innovative designs for their clients. They launched in Sydney 20 years ago and have consistently delivered exceptional work, earning numerous awards along the way!

We’re looking for someone who has previous experience in a design agency with good knowledge of brand development as well as a deep understanding of client operations and requirements.  

The Opportunity:

You’ll be responsible for actively managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis, running internal and external meetings, managing expectations and doing this in a positive and constructive way. Clients should love working with you, respect and value your contribution and want to do more work with you.

• Reporting to the Business Director, you will be the main point of contact for a key account within the agency, and offering support on other accounts as necessary
• Managing campaigns from start to finish from initial briefing through to completion.
• Handling budgets and managing timelines with continual communication with the studio.
• Working collaboratively with the team on developing the brand and their marketing strategies.
• Attend client meetings and present ‘the work’ alongside the creative team.
• Develop strong relationships with the clients, building trust and guiding them through the design process.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will have previous experience of delivering a great client service in branding and communications agencies.
• Enjoys working collaboratively with internal teams to develop clear, relevant and complete briefs that are aligned with client expectations.
• Is confident overseeing design, production and digital project teams as well as organising the right skills and resources to deliver projects.
• Excellent client facing skills presenting ideas and taking a lead role in meetings.
• Full working rights in Australia.
