We are currently recruiting for a permanent full-time Senior Account manager / Account Director with solid project management skills across all marketing channels including promotional marketing and digital.
You will join a team of passionate and talented marketers who genuinely enjoy coming to work each day to face their next challenge.

About the role
- Actively manage the client’s account from strategy through to implementation
- Drive and build existing client relationships and identify growth opportunities
- General account management responsibilities and agency processes - timeline development and tracking, project financials including budgets and invoicing, written and verbal WIP’s, contact reporting, brief writing and briefing creative, client relationships, internal and external collaboration, managing the strategic, creative and production processes across multiple clients, projects and channels
- Prepare thorough and insightful post campaign reports and present them to your clients
- Monitor and report on competitive insights
- Participate in ongoing training education to stay up to date with changes and developments in the industry
- Work on brands such as Blackmores, WD-40, Stella, Tiger, Kraft Heinz, Four 'n Twenty to name a few.

Are you the one?
- Min 4+ years’ experience in a creative agency environment
- Must have experience briefing and working with a creative team (designers)
- Integrated marketing experience across different client accounts and channels
- High level of experience with creative campaigns and driving the creative process
- Current knowledge and relevant experience in promotional marketing (consumer and trade promotions) including legal/permit processes and website mechanic management
- Understanding and implementation of agency processes to ensure effective workflow
- Exceptional attention to detail and process driven
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects in a fast paced environment
- Excited and passionate about working in a constantly evolving industry
- Have a positive can-do attitude
- Able to understand and overcome challenges for your clients and provide effective solutions
- Strong presentation writing and presenting skills

- Strategic confidence, contributing to the strategic planning process
