Job Description
The Senior Account Manager, Demand, is responsible for all strategic conversations across tier 1 agencies. The role requires that you:
Develop relationships with major Hold Co’s (tier 1 clients)
Focus on external training, education and consultation for buyers on the Australian media landscape and Magnite offering
Project manage all strategic, SPO, and client development opps with tier 1 agencies
Build strong relationships with buyers through regular meetings, calls, provision of reports and recommendations
Utilise a strong business acumen to identify and execute on optimum trading options, working closely with Business Ops to model any trading deals
Recognise and recommend best opportunities for buyers, track spend, and look for opportunities to optimise buying
Participate in regular business reviews with buyers
Work with marketing to develop content for Australian buyer
Generate revenue from tier 1patch
Track revenue, report regularly to Head of Demand and Country Manager
Key Success Criteria

High level of confidence when establishing relationships with partners
Ability to take ownership and accountability, act on objectives in a technical environment
Flexible, team orientated collaborator
Ability to articulate and address strategic client initiatives, creating solutions and/or escalating requirements internally as needed
Understanding of ad tech platforms and programmatic operations
Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter able to thrive and multi-task in a start-up environment
Experience Required
Bachelor Degree
Interest in the technology, commercial and media space
Strong attention to detail, and great communication skills
Understanding of the digital marketing landscape
Advanced Excel skillsThree years experience in a media role, preferably in a programmatic based role.
